Which of the following controls could be used if the voice pitch of a single-sideband signal returning to your CQ call seems too high or low?
Pick an answer to check it.
Answer: D. The RIT or Clarifier
With SSB, if your receive frequency is a little off, the voice sounds too high or too low in pitch. The RIT (Receiver Incremental Tuning) or Clarifier fine-tunes only your receiver without moving your transmit frequency. That fixes the pitch of the other station's voice.
Tip: SSB voice sounds funny? Adjust RIT / Clarifier.
