Which instrument can be used to determine SWR?

Answer: D. Directional wattmeter
A directional wattmeter measures both forward power going to the antenna and reflected power coming back. From those two readings you can find the SWR. A plain voltmeter or ohmmeter can't do this. (Iambic pentameter is poetry, not an instrument.)
