On which HF and/or MF amateur bands are there portions where General class licensees cannot transmit?

On 80, 40, 20 and 15 meters, part of the band is reserved for Advanced and Amateur Extra licensees, so Generals cannot use those slices. Bands like 60, 30, 17 and 12 meters give Generals full privileges.
Tip: 80, 40, 20, 15: the four bands with Extra-only slices.
