Why do voltmeters have high input impedance?
Pick an answer to check it.
Answer: D. It decreases the loading on circuits being measured
A voltmeter with high input impedance draws very little current from the circuit being measured. This decreases loading so the reading reflects the circuit's true voltage.
Tip: High impedance, light loading.
